The Practical Driving Course (PDC) is a mandatory training program implemented by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Philippines. 2. Enrollment: Complete the enrollment process by submitting the necessary documents, such as a valid student permit or driver’s license, and paying the applicable fees.
